Madeline's Photoshoot

My granddaughter, Madeline has become quite hard to photograph in her 2nd year of life. As you can see from this first image, this is how she feels about the camera:)

So her mom and I decided we would try a different approach using the advice of photographer Meagan Beishline. I certainly didn't do as good of work as Maegan but her advice really helped. We told Madeline that we would have a tea party out side. She seemed to like the idea and let us take quite a few shots. Actually she soon forgot the camera was clicking and just played naturally. These are from May 1st but I'm just now getting most of them edited. You have already seen some of them.
Hope you enjoy.

Beth, these are magical...

You Know, I love tea parties and this one is precious! She looks like she is loving it so much! And it has such a sincere quality.

Also, her little dress is precious!! I love the blue on her and the sweet flowers!

You did amazing on this whole shoot!!

It's fun to see these! I LOVE them! For some reason, I really like the one of her in the driveway. I guess the sunset light is just magical. Thanks for taking these :)

Oh Beth! I love these! I really enjoy how your style is like right out of a story book. You capture moments in time, not portraits! Keep up the excellent work! :D

These are all gorgeous, Beth! You did a great job! I happen to think that kids look better in photos when they're being very natural and you've certainly captured that here! Thank you for the shout out...that was so sweet and I'm glad you were able to use some of my tricks!
